Windmill Art Center
The building was constructed as the Notre Dame du Rosaire Church, which is part of Sainte-Euphemie Middle School. It is located in the Rasimpaşa neighborhood, also known as the Windmill district, in the Haydarpaşa area of Kadıköy district in Istanbul, at the intersection of Taşlıbayır and İskele Streets.
